		<description>It ain't a joke. I have a friend in Beijing who is Eastern European. His English is so bad that, even when he is sober, it takes two or three attempts to obtain the simplest explanation from him.  &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;I have another friend who is an ABC and graduated with an English degree from Iowa.  &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Guess which one has no trouble finding teaching jobs and which one gets the shaft?</description>
