		<description>I'm not big on the phoenetic names.  &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;I just tell people: æˆ‘æ˜¯Rick.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;If you hang with enough Chinese people, you might end up with some kind of nickname sooner or later.  Maybe something better and more fitting than a phoentic translation.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;In any case, good luck!</description>
